What is a 1830 Case skid steer worth that doesn't run? Its a late 70s model. Last summer it was running wierd. The RPMs were surging and then couldn't keep it running. Hydraulics work good, tires are 75% and the bucket is good. I have a guy pestering me to sell it to him as is but he only wants to give a 0. I told him iron price is higher .
