Kobelco adjuster fittings are bad for not taking grease if a spec of dirt gets . It's not just a zerk, it's a valve, sort of, it might have a sawcut across the threads so you can back it off a few turns to let the grease out. Anyway you can take it out completely and make sure grease pumps thru it. I was able to jam a short log between the track and the dozer blade using hydraulics to shove my track tensioner back (which squirted grease out the slot). Of course you can unscrew it all the way too but don't drop it into the mud.

Try loosening the grease relief valve #4 and see if grease comes out. You may have to track the machine back and forth a bit to get the idler to move backwards. If you can get the adjuster to move back then it might just start moving forward when grease is pumped in. My general thought here is that don't torque a grease fitting down to 90 ft lbs. Grease fittings generally have a tapered pipe type thread.and should seat with easy tightening (using a 6" or 8" box or open-end wrench) and then maybe another quarter turn.
