Hi All, I have just acquired a 1985 Ford CL 45 Skid steer. It is very hard to start initially, but once it has run for a few min it will start good the rest of the day. I suspect that the injector pump may be leaking back and loosing pressure, and /or the glow plugs are not working.Remy 2 bolt mount starter for the Ford V4 1.5L & 1.7L motor found on the CL40 skid steer and Thiokol Snow Cat. Item appearance may vary upon manufacture but will fit. Brands it will replace, Delco Remy and Bosch.Starter - Don't see the starter you need for your tractor? We probably have it!
